Catriona was the youngest competing member on the 2007 International stage in Calgary, Canada. At the tender age of 11, she is not only a full member of Christchurch City Chorus, but she also performs in the front row of this champion chorus!

Catriona joined Christchurch City Chorus when she was just 9 years old. She sings the lead part and is a wonderful performer. Amazing huh!

A whole chorus of under-25s!

Vocal FX is a young mens' a cappella chorus based in Wellington, New Zealand. They were formed in 2003 and are directed by Charlotte Murray. They won the Gold Medal at the 2006 NZABS Convention, becoming the youngest chorus to hold the title.

Thanks to their success at the 2006 NZABS Convention, Vocal FX qualified to compete at the 2007 Barbershop Harmony Society Convention in Denver, Colorado. They were placed 11th out of 31 choruses competing, with an average score of 84.6%, making them the highest scoring affiliate chorus in BHS history.
